Vacuum gel gilling machine is suitable for different heights and different diameters tube. Also it can vacuum and filling for various viscosity similar gel.

This machine consists of color touch human-machine interface operation, PLC microcomputer and pneumatic structure. It uses sophisticated vacuum induction, pneumatic and electrical control technology filling gel on 200 pieces tube at the same time. The volume of filling gel can adjust to the needs. Filling gel volume precision is . Applicable to filling the serum separation gel which viscosity are 100000-500000, and filling gel evenly and easy control, with no gel sticky on the tube wall. One-time the hopper can install 50 kg gel, suitable for mass production of serum separation gel collecting blood tube.
